The Assembly resolved:
- To express grave concern to the Australian Government that it will again encourage the international sale of arms through the AIDEX ’91 Arms Exhibition; and
to encourage all parishes, presbyteries, and synods to take appropriate action to express opposition to the AIDEX ’91 Arms Exhibition.
