UnitingJustice joined 137 non-government agencies, faith-based organisations and community groups, expressing concern about the Government’s recent announcement regarding the use of the term “illegal maritime arrivals” to refer to asylum seekers who have arrived by boat.
Australian Young Christian Students (AYCS), part of the End Child Detention Coalition, has called for all sides of politics to give special consideration to children who are currently detained in Australia's immigration system.
